RoZelma Brown lives in Indiana.where she maintains a stained-glass art studio and gallery. Her training in live portrait work was under the tutelage of Harold Buck and Bill Ashby. Work in oils and water was with Rosemary Lawton Thomas. Final training in art glass was with Vincent Fox.
Memberships include: The Hoosier Salon, The Watercolor Society of Indiana, Indiana Artist Club, Central Indiana Artists and the Southside Art League. Noteably, RoZelma is a Signature Artist with the Watercolor Society of Indiana.
Honors include: Purchase Award at the Hoosier Salon Exhibit, an Outstanding Achievement Award with Central Indiana Artists Exhibit and work hung at the AUL Atrium and the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art.
Her permanent standing works of stained glass include the 30' X 20' frontis work at Old Bethel United Methodist Church located at 21st and Franklin Rd., Indianapolis, IN (Note: Two watercolor collections are housed on permanent display in this building.)
Representative pieces of RoZelma's work can be found in collections in San Diego, Atlanta, Chicago, and Albuquerque.
